The battle-royale mode of shooter game "Fortnite" is getting so much attention that it is beating the game responsible for the popularizing the genre in the first place, "PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds" ("PUBG"). Focusing on its success, it looks like "Fortnite" is looking to add another kind of battle-royale mode. This time, it will be more team-oriented.

The new game mode called Teams of 20 will be exactly just what the name implies. There will be five teams each in the game mode consisting of 20 players so that means it will still have a total of hundred players. The last time they had a similar mode was back in December when they introduced the 50v50.

While the 50v50 mode was quite chaotic with only two teams in one small area, five-by-20 kind of game mode puts it a bit more organized. It is easier to organize a group of 20 players after all across the map. 50v50 became quite straightforward as well since when one team starts getting a noticeable difference in the numbers, they usually just stomp the opposing team.

It would be interesting to see how each team would organize their gameplay especially when it comes to being dropped. Tilted Towers, where most of the players would usually get dropped on, would be an interesting spot to see exactly how these team dynamics would work.

Nevertheless, although no specific details have actually been identified, "Fortnite" would still get the viewers anyway. Recently, studies have shown that the game is now twice as popular as "PUBG" and has higher numbers than "League of Legends." It would not be a surprise to see "Fortnite" numbers get higher.

Teams of 20 is coming out really soon in less than 24 hours. There other game modes to be added to the game too including Blitz mode, 50v50 version 2, and others.
