Popular sandbox survival game "Fortnite" has gotten a lot famous in the past months especially because of its battle-royale mode. With a lot of content and news being dropped just recently including the 2.5.0 update and the third season for Battle Pass, developer Epic Games has just dropped another big patch 3.0.

The main highlight of this patch is actually how players can put and move building pieces. Generally, all the infrastructural functions that players have been made easier. "Now you can 'paint' building pieces into the world quickly," reads the patch notes from Epic. This also comes with instructions on how players can hold down their fire button.

As for the buildings, players will easily be able to build almost anywhere "even through trees, rocks and cars." If players ever had a problem of building because of those pesky little structures, then this update will definitely solve that problem.

Interestingly, there is a new background music that will accompany players on their battle. Both Save the World and Battle Royale have both of their own new remixed music. Messages sent to the party will also be displayed to make it easier for players to communicate and send invitations to their friends.

On the technical side of things, the update also affects PlayStation 4 (PS4) and Xbox One players specifically. Those with the said consoles now have the option to go up to 60 frames per second (FPS) especially for those with the PS4 Pro and Xbox One. However, if they prefer to have better performance, they can always switch to 30FPS.

All of this and more have already been rolled out. Those who want to read more specifics can do so by reading the complete patch notes on the official blog.
