The upcoming racing game "Forza Horizon 3" is expected to be released soon. The game's 18.34 GB demo was made available for download on Sept. 11.

Game Spot revealed that fans should explore the game demo as Microsoft has not given any information on the features included in the file. The same is true with its developer Playground Games and its franchise owner Turn 10 Studios. Furthermore, this demo is purported to be only for the Xbox One console platform, and it is yet unclear whether or not the "Forza Horizon 3" demo will be released for PC gamers as well.

On the other hand, the Inquisitr stated that the game may be included in Microsoft's official launch of the Play Anywhere initiative. This will start on Sept. 13, along with the release of the game "ReCore" for both the PC and the Xbox One. However, without any official announcement from Microsoft, fans can only hope that the game demo will be included as well.

Furthermore, the Play Anywhere initiative will also follow the official release of "Forza Horizon 3" game's full version on Sept. 27, as well as the highly-anticipated shooter game "Gears of War 4" on Oct. 11. Other big titles included are "Halo Wars 2," "Sea of Thieves," "ARK: Survival Evolved," and more.

Regardless, purchasing the digital copy of the "Forza Horizon 3" as well as the other titles included in the Play Anywhere initiative from either the Xbox Store or Windows Store will give the players access to the game's Xbox and PC version. This will also allow cross-saving, which is certainly a good feature. Some games even offer cross-play, depending on the title.

"Forza Horizon" was first released back in 2012 for the Xbox 360 an was co-developed by Playground Games. It is a spin-off of the "Forza Motorsport" series and is considered to be an open-world racing experience.
