The upcoming smartphone will reportedly outshine the upcoming Galaxy Note 8, especially with a dual-camera module on the back portion of the device. The Galaxy X will be the first device to carry the feature, not the Note 8. A source told SamMobile about the said information. Little is known about the dual-camera set up, which is dubbed as Project Valley.

On the other hand, a Twitter user known for leaking tech news shared another rumored device that will introduce the dual-camera feature. According to the leak, a smartphone called the Galaxy C will launch the new camera specs.

Contrary to previous reports, the leak pointed out that it is unlikely for the Note 8 to come with the two rear cameras. When asked by followers, the Twitter user shared that when it comes to Samsung's camera technology, the Galaxy X or C will outperform the Note 8.

According to reports, the alleged smartphone will feature a five-inch screen that can be folded out into a seven-inch display. News about the foldable design came rolling in earlier this year. Even though the tech giant has yet to respond to the rumors, various publications have come out, asserting that Samsung is currently engineering the alleged smartphone, which could possibly launch in 2019.

Again, Samsung has yet to confirm the latest claims. It is best if tech enthusiasts take the reports with a grain of salt.

Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy Note 8 later this year. More updates should roll out in the weeks to come.
