More "Game of Thrones" season 6 involving everyone's favorite bastard inundate the web and the latest one confirms that Jon Snow, although alive and well, will no longer be the Lord Commander of the Night's Watch, which isn't exactly a surprise. [Spoiler Alert!]

As per The Independent, Jon Snow's essayer Kit Harington was not around when scenes involving the Castle Black and Night's Watch were shot in Northern Ireland just this weekend. As the site reminds, Jon Snow was, however, seen in action donning a Stark armor weeks back.

Indeed, it was bound to happen but what will is interesting to figure out is to see who ends up getting the post come "Game of Thrones" season 6. Reports suggest that a new commander was in fact chosen and the person has been around on the show for quite a while.

The aforementioned publication suggests that it may very well be Alliser Thorne. After all, he was the person that spearheaded the uprising against Jon Snow. But at this point, the resurrected warrior's successor is anybody's guess.

On the other hand, new set photos were leaked and they hold another precious info about "Game of Thrones" season 6. The snaps show that the cast and crew are filming at night in Corbet, Ireland and in a scene set in Riverrun.

Among the actors on the scene is Kristian Nairn aka Hodor, which comes as a surprise to fansite Winter is Coming, which attempted to make sense of what the character is doing at the south of the Wall. The site says it may have something to do with him and Meera tracking White Walkers, who were also present in the scene.

What this means for "Game of Thrones" season 6 remains to be seen but the spoiler site believes that Jon Snow or possibly Jaime Lannister (two of the men with the weapon that can knock out a White Walker) will be at the center of the battle.
