The Coalition has offered a new look at the Horde Mode 3.0 in "Gears of War 4," which comes with some new nice features.

As fans who played previous iterations of the game before know, the Horde Mode 3.0 allows up to five players to get together to take on 50 waves of Swarm and DeeBees.

As new rounds of foes come in, the difficulty increases. Additionally, the Horde Mode 3.0 for "Gears of War 4" summons boss enemies for every 10 waves wiped out.

The new thing about the "Gears of War 4" mode is its new class-based system, which now requires players to select one role.

They can be a soldier, an engineer, a sniper, a scout or a heavy. This tweak somehow takes its cue from the Survival and Overrun modes in" Gears of War: Judgment" released 2013.

Each of the characters come with customizable loadout, but the modifications do not end there as Horde Mode 3.0 will also make us of Gear Cards that will help players add bonuses on their chosen roles.

Such bonuses include boosting the damage incurred by the weapon of their choice or also giving their character the legroom to wield more ammunition, boosting their play and making the characters more effective.

Another new thing about Horde Mode 3.0 is the "Fabricator" option, which practically allows players to increase and putting up their defenses anywhere across the map.

This is certainly an improvement from the mode's previous iterations in older "Gears of War" games, which only gave users the option to build defenses in static locations. Fans can see this in play in the Horde Mode 3.0 trailer embedded below.

"Gears of War 4" will come with free downloadable content although the maps will be available at a specific period of time. This simply means that the DLC maps will be in rotation when it comes to their accessibility.

"Gears of War 4" will be released Oct. 11.
