'General Hospital' spoilers, plot news: Drew and Franco get into mutual albeit fragile partnership; Sam admits true feelings for Jason

Sam is finally ready to admit her true feelings toward Jason. The question is, will she follow through with it? Twitter/General Hospital

Spoilers for the long-running drama "General Hospital" hints at how fragile some relationships can be. There are also big decisions to be taken and revelations that may drastically affect the lives of the characters.

Drew and Franco will be striking a mutual partnership, as both agree to help each other find out more about their childhood. Of all the people they thought who could help them, Betsy would be the one most likely to give them a clue. And so they decided that finding her is their number one priority. However, they also knew that Jim Harvey paid Betsy to disappear, so finding her could be a little bit tricky.

There are hints that their partnership will not last very long, though. As many fans know, Franco has a tendency of keeping to himself whenever faced by pressure. If Franco closes himself to Drew because of frustration, it is likely that Drew will become exhausted from dealing with Franco, as well.

Meanwhile, as Drew is busy dealing with this whole business about Harvey, Betsy, and Franco, his wife is nursing feelings of love towards another man. Sam actually confesses that she is in love with Jason, and she is conflicted about what to do in the situation. Sam will most likely ask for the advice of a friend.

Alexis is one of the people with whom Sam may seek advice. Now, Alexis may side with Drew on this one, as he can give Sam the stability in life that Jason cannot. However, seeing as Alexis is also facing an emotional dilemma regarding her old flame Julian, she might feel herself in no position to give "righteous" advice. Most likely, she would just tell Sam to follow her heart.

Catch all these scenes and more as "General Hospital" resumes airing every weekday on ABC.
