'General Hospital' spoilers: Sam and Patrick's date interrupted, Helena and Fluke strategize again, Sonny and Carly meet

What a week it is for the resident of Port Charles. It seems as if the lovers and the enemies can't catch a break, even if it's Valentines Day. The plot gets thicker and the drama intensifies in "General Hospital" this week. Here's what's going down:

Sam and Patrick

For Sam and Patrick, their Valentine's Day date doesn't go as planned. Patrick had to attend to an important matter, which delays their date. Sam is left waiting for Patrick, but finds herself talking to Derek.

Also this week, Sam will talk to Jake, while Elizabeth will question Jake about his involvement with Sam.

Kiki's concerns

Kiki isn't doing great this week. According to TV Source Magazine, she will receive unexpected guests and bad news. Further, she suspects that a person's intentions for Baby Avery isn't good, so she really wants to protect the baby. Morgan remains her confidant and she will talk to Alexis for advice.

Nathan and Maxie

Nathan and Maxie's relationship isn't going great either. Maxie finds herself in a predicament and she tells this to Nathan. However, Nathan is busy looking for Johnny and Carlos.

Helena and Fluke

If there's one partnership in Port Charles that's working out fine, it's Helena and Fluke's. After the stunt they pulled at the Haunted Star party, the two are at it again. They start to strategize for a new plan and involves Tracy in it. But by next week, Nicolas is gunning for Helena and will try to take her down.

Sonny and Carly

Sonny and Carly finally meet, but things aren't fine between the two. However, that meeting may have struck a chord with Carly because next week, she will tell Michael to stop his plans of destroying Sonny.

Other spoilers

Julian advices Lucas to be more risky when it comes to his love life. Alexis and Julian will share a moment, which may have something to do with Alexis and Ned's disaster of a dinner date.
