Some relationships are made to last, and some are doomed to fail. "General Hospital" spoilers hint that another couple might be heading into troubled waters. Franco (Roger Howarth) and Liz (Rebecca Herbst) may be going down that way.

As Patient 6 (Steve Burton) is making his way to Port Charles, the spotlight is mostly on Sam (Kelly Monaco) and the man she believes is Jason Morgan (Billy Miller). Yet, everyone else will be affected in some way, including Franco and Liz.

It seems that when Liz sees the original Jason, the old feelings will be coming back. She will not be able to resist going back to her old ways. Franco already fears that Liz's heart still belongs to Jason when he brought up the twin thing.

Franco is clearly terrified of losing her, from the way he looked and the way he begged for forgiveness. If there is a chance that he will lose her, it could tear Franco apart. It all narrows down to Jason. Unbeknownst to him, his worst fears may be coming true, not just with the supposedly dead twin, Drew, but with the original Jason coming back into their lives.

Should Sam choose Billy Miller's character, it might give Liz some hope and compel her to go after the original Jason. She did tell Nikolas Cassadine (Tyler Christopher) before that she wants to be happy. Liz might end up thinking that she could get a second chance.

Other than Liz and Franco, more "General Hospital" spoilers reveal that even Ava (Maura West) is included amongst the people who will be affected by Patient 6's arrival.

Patient 6 tries to reach out to several other characters. He tried contacting Sonny (Maurice Benard) but ended up failing. He will decide to reach out to Sam as well, but he will change his mind after he spots her with the current Jason.

This will leave him in a dark place. After fighting to get back to Port Charles, he will end up feeling like he put in all this effort for nothing, now that he does not have anything or anyone to come home to. This will make him reluctant to contact Sonny again.

It will make him think of leaving Port Charles forever his time around. He may think that everyone has moved on and are doing just fine without him. Of course, that is only because they have the current Jason around. They all think Jason is already home so things are back to normal.

There is a chance that Patient 6 will either track Ava down or run into her while he is there. They have established a nice connection back in the clinic. Even though they had no reason to trust each other, they were still able to form a bond. Patient 6 is grateful to Ava for the support she gave him, but it seems like he will need more of it again.

When Ava learns that Patient 6 is in Port Charles, she will have some questions in mind. She will wonder how he made it there and what tied him to the place. Patient 6 has not been divulging much, but he may finally cave in this time. He will likely admit that he is the real Jason Morgan that came back to see his loved ones. He will probably be emotional over losing Sam as well. Obviously, Ava will be confused and in a few weeks, she will try to look for some proof to his claims.

"General Hospital" airs Mondays to Fridays at 2 p.m. EDT on ABC.
