The previous episode of "General Hospital" was pretty intense. Sonny was already arrested and brought to jail. Michael was seen kissing Rosalie and Franco put a bomb on the door where the hostages are located.

What will happen on Thursday's episode?  According to TV Guide's synopsis, the focus will be on Nina, Carly and Kiki.

The synopsis reads: "Nina becomes delusional. Carly gets sidelined. Kiki is shocked by an encounter."

Since Nina got a hold of Ava's baby, she has pushed her "crazy" limits up a notch. She is now more delusional than ever and believes that the baby is really hers.

While waiting for Silas to get home, Nina tells the baby, "I don't know what is taking daddy so long."

Nina might have a visitor soon. Madeline is able to leave a message for Obrecht saying that the baby is already with Nina and she asks Obrecht to pay a visit.

The other to be at the forefront of the episode is Carly. She is one of the hostages of Franco. Crazy Franco kept the door unlocked only to attach a bomb to it, so he says. Yesterday, Dante and Nathan were on their way to rescue the hostages and when Nathan opened the door, nothing went off. Franco was bluffing and there was no bomb attached. Well, his bluff worked because it kept the hostages in the room.

Meanwhile, Morgan and Kiki are at the police station. Morgan is concerned about the baby being in Nina's care. It is a sigh of relief when they hear the officer say that Nina won't have the baby for long.

Further, Kiki is said of have a surprising encounter. What kind? Well, since Morgan and Kiki have been looking for the baby, the encounter may have something to do with it.

On top of that, Kiki has no idea that Michael is already cheating. After Sonny got arrested, Michael headed to a bar and shared a kiss with Rosalie.
