Whether in or out of Port Charles, some plans will go south in the coming episodes of "General Hospital" as spoilers indicate hospital escapes, second thoughts, and other surprises are in store for many characters.

Back at the clinic, the staff will be up in arms when Patient 6 (Steve Burton) escapes. Dr. Klein will be forced to accept that he has run away, and he will definitely assume that Ava (Maura West) may have helped him do it. Ava will deny being an accomplice to Patient 6's escape, but Dr. Klein will eventually make her talk.

At Port Charles, Stella (Vernee Watson) will come to Curtis (Donnell Turner) with some news. She has decided to stay in town after learning that he and Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) were getting back together. However, she is having second thoughts. Will she stick by her decision or will she decide to leave town?

In the midst of her relationship problems with Michael (Chad Duell), Nelle (Chloe Lanier) will finish an important task for Nina (Michelle Stafford). She will use this to keep herself preoccupied. However, next week, things may change between them when an anonymous donation will catch Michael by surprise. Nelle might pawn the ring and make a contribution to some project that is for a good cause. She is determined to prove that she has some in her.

Back to Curtis, he will discover some information that might have something to do with Jason (Billy Miller). Knowing Curtis, he will definitely pursue his lead. Anna (Finola Hughes), on the other hand, will also be determined to accomplish her goal as well. She is set on bringing Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) down, but that might come with some twists up ahead.

Going back to Patient 6, everyone knows that he is headed back to Port Charles and spoilers reveal that Franco (Roger Howarth) will struggle to keep the truth under wraps. As the days go by, he will find it increasingly harder to keep quiet about the twin drama.

Andre (Anthony Montgomery) questioned Franco's decision not to tell Liz (Rebecca Herbst) about the real story behind the boy in the photo. Clearly, there are some issues that Franco has to address, but he is worried that what he knows is going to cause more trouble and put his relationship with Liz on the line.

Regardless, honesty is important in a relationship. Liz can always tell whether Franco is hiding something or not. It is only a matter of time before she learns the truth. Franco will have to decide to fill Liz in on the details regarding Betsy's (Deborah Strang) claims. He will apologize to her about keeping this to himself. Once he explains everything to Liz, he will hope that she understands why he did what he did.

Liz will definitely be stunned at what she hears. She might think that Jason and Sam (Kelly Monaco) should know about this right away, but Franco might still want to keep mum about it. The last thing Jason and Sam need is another bombshell to shake up their lives.

Franco and Liz will naturally debate about this, but the outcome remains to be seen. Liz might maintain that they need to tell them. On the other hand, she might also back down and let Jason and Sam have some peace.

Whether or not Franco and Liz tell them, Patient 6's arrival in Port Charles will definitely catch them by surprise.
