George and Amal Clooney were at the red carpet premiere of George's new comedy-drama, "Our Brand Is Crisis" on Monday, Oct. 26.

In photos posted on the Daily Mail, the A-list couple is seen smiling as they pose for the cameras on the red carpet, and the 37-year-old human rights lawyer looked glamorous in a pale peach sleeveless mini dress by Roland Mouret. She accessorized with gold heels and a clutch, and wore her hair in loose waves. Meanwhile, the 54-year old actor looked dashing in a black suit as he posed with his arm around his wife's waist.

In the video taken by the website, the couple is seen exchanging a quick kiss, and the two would often smile at each other and exchange affectionate looks throughout the event.

Prior to the red carpet premiere, George and Amal were also spotted having dinner with some of their famous friends earlier this month. The pair was seen with Matt Damon and his wife Luciana Barroso, Rande Gerber and Cindy Crawford at the Electric Cinema in London, just a few days after George and Amal's first wedding anniversary. On Thursday, Oct. 22, the couple was seen having lunch with former British Labor MP David Milliband at the Palm restaurant in Beverly Hills.

George and Amal celebrated their first wedding anniversary on Sept. 27. While Amal has been the subject of pregnancy rumors earlier this year, it's clear that the human rights lawyer is not expecting. However, the couple did expand their family this year with the addition of a new pet.

According to the Huffington Post, the couple adopted a Bassett hound named Millie from the San Gabriel Valley Humane Society earlier this month. A spokesman for the actor confirmed to the website that they adopted Millie "and they love her."
