The most awaited return of "Gilmore Girls" will soon be premiering, and there is talk that Lorelai (Lauren Graham) might be having a baby. Other than good vibes, the story of Lorelai and Rory (Alexis Bledel) is expected to have more serious turns in the upcoming series revival.

In the official Instagram account of "Gilmore Girls," one of the photos posted was of an apple in the middle of Pop-Tarts on a plate. This sparked rumors that Lorelai will be with child in the upcoming "Gilmore Girls" revival series. Based on the previous seasons, Lorelai was known to crave apples when she was still pregnant with Rory. Also in the season 8 "A Year in the Life" promo of Netflix, Lorelai was seen wearing a shirt that said "I'm with human."

Is it possible that Lorelai will be having a new kid in the upcoming series revival?

Meanwhile, reports say that "Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life" will be having a more serious and heavy theme compared to its previous seasons. The description of Netflix for the revival series is: "Three generations of Gilmore women grapple with change and the complicated bonds of family during one year in Stars Hollow."

In an interview with Bustle, Scott Patterson — who plays Luke — shared that the since each episode will be an hour and a half long, it enabled them to adapt heavier themes than they previously did in the past seasons.

"We did some really penultimate scenes," shared Patterson. "The writing still has that pace and the humor, the quirkiness, there might be even more of that. Tonally, it does tend to go into some darker places, which has never been explored before, which I found really interesting."

Patterson also teases that fans will not be able to expect what's coming, but they will be pleased overall with the upcoming "Gilmore Girls" revival.

"Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life" premieres on Friday, Nov. 25 on Netflix.
