Gionee Elife S7 specs: New handset set to impress at MWC 2015

Nowadays, consumers will always want a phone that is easy or light to handle. And if that should be the case then the Gionee Elife S7 should be something worth checking out.

While Gionee is not necessarily ranked among the top mobile phone brands you will find in the market (at least not yet), it has made a good account for itself. And evidence to that is perhaps the Elife S5.1 which debuted with a slim 5.15 mm.

And now a follow-up device comes in the Elife S7, something that measures a pretty slim 4.6 mm. However unlike the Elife S5.1 which could be easily understood to point to the slim 5.15 mm mold, the reason behind why the Elife S7 was named such has gotten people thinking why it was branded as such.

Initial guesses were that the Elife S7 would be coming out with a 7-inch screen but based on the leaked images, it doesn't seem to compute.

Regardless, the upcoming flagship phone from Gionee should spill all the details on this once the handset does hit the market. For now, the chatter around is on whether the upcoming Elife S7 would be indeed one (if not the only one) of the slimmest devices in the world today.

The Gionee S7 is expected to be among the many devices that will be on hand at the Mobile World Congress 2015 in Barcelona on March 2, 2015. It is also here where the official specs of the device is expected to be revealed since to date, everything has been quiet on what to expect.

If the past specs are to be the basis, it will be recalled that among the features that Gionee's prior devices had included an impressive camera and a stylish look.
