Disney Channel's "Girl Meets World" is already preparing for the conclusion of season 2, which will be on Mar. 11, but season 3 is underway and it won't stop spoilers from popping up every now and then.

Before season 3 starts, the season 2 finale episode "Girl Meets Legacy" will highlight the characters' graduation and the shift to high school. The episode is also said to end in a cliffhanger, with the love triangle involving Lucas (Peyton Meyer), Maya (Sabrina Carpenter), and Riley (Rowan Blanchard) still not over.

With characters now entering a new chapter in their lives, it is expected that they will meet more challenges. Rumors have it that the first episode of season 3 will feature a fight among main characters all because of the word "girlfriend." It is likely that Riley will become Lucas' girlfriend.

Later in the episode, Lucas and Riley will have a serious fight, which may lead to a breakup. As mentioned in the spoiler report, the end of the premiere episode will show Riley crying, presumably because of her fight with Lucas. Maya is said to go and comfort her best friend.

It also appears that there is another love triangle in the making in the next season. The love triangle will be composed of newcomers Claudia Lee as Francesca, Ashley Argota as Nikki, and Luke Benward as Thor, as reported by TheWrap.

Their story will affect their friendship as the girls, Francesca and Nikki, will call the shots as to who gets to end up with their leading man, Thor. They may not have decided yet, but the two girls are said to remain as friends, although they are not as close as they were before.

It's going to be a show full of drama and tears as the characters enter the world of high school. It should be noted, though, that these reports are unconfirmed so it's best to take them with a grain of salt.

"Girl Meets World" season 3 is currently filming and the official release date has not been announced, although speculations suggest that it could be sometime in May or June based on the premiere dates of the previous seasons.
