Since 1995, The Leadership Summit has convened each year at Willow Creek Community Church and hundreds of satellite sites across North America to help Christ-following leaders like you recalibrate, recommit, and renew their passion to “lead with all diligence.” It is a unique opportunity to join hearts and minds with tens of thousands of like-minded believers from around the world; to learn, grow, sharpen skills, and step up to the next level.

In September 2005, The Global Leadership Summit convened for the first time broadcasting the top Leadership Summit sessions via videocast to a global audience of 10,000 people. The Goal: to make the world-class leadership training of The Leadership Summit accessible and affordable on a worldwide scale on an annual basis.

"This summit is unmissable as a time for re-charging vision and drinking in inspiration."
