Sony Computer Entertainment unveiled a new trailer for "God of War III Remastered" after announcing that the game that will be exclusively re-released for PlayStation 4 will be available for pre-order later this month.

The new trailer that runs at 1080p and 60 fps shows an epic fight between Kratos and Hades, wherein Kratos stages his planned revenge after being betrayed by his very own father Zeus. It offers a better picture of the legendary combats between the Greek mythology-based characters.

North American players who will purchase the digital copy of the game during the pre-order period, which will begin on May 26, will also get the chance to enjoy the 90-day rentals of "God of War" and "God of War II" for PlayStation Now. It means that they can play both games in all Sony game devices, including the PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, as well as PlayStation TV.

Other bonuses that will come with the pre-order of "God of War III Remastered" include the "God of War – Fall of Olympus" PlayStation 4 Dynamic Theme, as well as the Photo Mode that allows players to "freeze the brutal action mid-swing" just like what "The Last of Us: Remastered" had when it was launched last year. The Photo Mode will also let players be creative with the game's camera and lighting options and let other "God of War" fans see it by posting on social media sites.

The first version of "God of War III" is known as the most successful installment in Santa Monica Studios' original third-person action-adventure game. It sold at least 5.2 million copies all over the world after it was released for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 in March 2010.

"God of War III Remastered" is slated for release in time to commemorate the franchise's 10th year anniversary. It will be made available on July 15, while U.K. and Ireland fans can get the game on July 17.
