Golden State Warriors Rumors 2015: Can the Dubs make it 82-0?

The Golden State Warriors continue to hum and are a perfect 23–0 as of this writing.

The Dubs are set to face the Boston Celtics next but it wouldn't be surprising to find the Warriors as favorites to make it 24–0. But the more important question to ask right now is perhaps this: "Is there any team capable of derailing the Warriors this season?"

Of course, there are still about 59 games to go so anything can happen. There could be some team/s that may eventually solve the Warriors' onslaught, although no player on the Golden State side seem to care about such for now.

One player who could care less is Draymond Green. Green rose to fame for holding up against taller players in the center position to anchor the small-ball team the Warriors have been banking on.

He leads the rant that the Warriors could even go as far as going a perfect 82–0 this season, another milestone that could stay in the National Basketball Association (NBA) record books for a long time.

Right now, there are already a couple of games on the table. That includes the 72–10 record by the 1995–96 Chicago Bulls with the understanding that they keep on winning.

Other than that, one of the records that could be broken would be the 33–0 record held by the 1971–72 Los Angeles Lakers.

Although it is still a long way to go, it is possible. And for Green, it is all about believing.

"Yeah we're going to lose one of these games,' we're going to lose one. If you believe we won't lose, we've got a lot better chance of winning all of them. Maybe we can go 82–0," says Green via ESPN.

Premature or not, the Warriors have certainly surprised many once again. After unexpectedly copping the NBA title last season, who would have thought the team could stay perfect this far and with an interim coach at that in Luke Walton?
