Google Play Music, Movies and Books have several items on sale. Books are discounted up to 80 percent on some select titles, music albums are being sold at 50 percent off, and movie rentals are going as low as a quarter of its original price.

A wide array of games on Google Play are also going on huge sales as some popular favourites are being offered for as much as a 90 percent discount. and "NBA Jam by EA," which has a customer rating of four out of five stars, is being offered for as low as $0.10 only, while "Disney Castle of Illusion" is selling for $0.99. An HD version of "God of Light" and "Minecraft: Story Mode" (originally $4.99) are also being offered for as low as $0.10.

Google Play Music is offering a three-month subscription for just $1, and shoppers can avail of the discount from today until Jan. 4, 2016. It is also being reported that the online music-streaming service's competitor Spotify is also offering the same deal.

Google Play Music brings online subscriptions to users that give them access to over 35 million songs, which can be streamed ad-free. The subscription also gives users access to YouTube Red, a premium YouTube service that allows video-viewing without pop-up ads.

Google is offering these discounts from today up to Jan, 4 2016, which gives shoppers plenty of time to avail of big price slashes on games, music, books and many more. The sales promotions are made available for Google Play shoppers in areas such as the U.S., Canada, the U.K., France, Germany, Australia, Japan, Brazil, and Mexico.
