GoPro Hero 4 features include 4K recording?

Its recording speed is rumored to be 30 frames per second, 1080p at 120fps and 720p at 240fps. These features are supposedly going to be made possible through employing the new SoC Ambarella A9 chip. Hence, the Hero 4 may be used for advanced applications, such as wireless connection and video streaming in social media sites.
