Professor Pyg (Michael Cerveris) will be haunting the city in the continuation of the FOX series "Gotham," with season 4 episode 9 titled "A Dark Knight: Let Them Eat Pie." In fact, this will also involve Sofia (Crystal Reed) and Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor).

The mysterious serial killer is known for slaying cops and replacing his victims' heads with severed pigs' heads. As this has been known as his signature move, Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) is now doing everything to find him.

In the official synopsis of "Gotham" season 4 episode 9, Professor Pyg will continue to torment Gotham city. And, he will make sure it will involve Gordon.

On the other hand, Sofia and Penguin are getting ready to attend a fundraiser for an orphanage. However, it looks like things would not work out as planned as Professor Pyg will appear as the event's chef.

Heroic Hollywood added that the two will be, unfortunately, under his control.

Gordon will be also at the event, following the dangerous villain. "Gotham" season 4 episode 9 is said to be an important part of this season. Regardless if Professor Pyg makes it out dead or alive when the current chapter ends, the effects of what he has done will surely linger in Gotham city.

Additionally, in "A Dark Knight: Let Them Eat Pie," Bruce's (David Mazouz) hard-core partying will affect his relationship with Alfred (Sean Pertwee). He is even seen going wild all over the city. So, the gap that will result because of his endless revelry will be part of the show's storyline for a little while. To recall, Bruce has been known in the DC Comics as quite a playboy, although he knows how to control himself if he must.
