Following the numerous rumors and leaks regarding the latest downloadable content (DLC) expansion pack for the online component of Rockstar's highly popular open world action-adventure video game "Grand Theft Auto 5," the developer has now finally confirmed its existence. While the majority of gamers probably already knew that the Biker-themed DLC expansion pack was coming, most probably still don't know what it will contain.

According to the latest reports, gamers will not just be getting access to brand new bikes and biker-themed apparel, but they will apparently also be getting a brand new game mode along with the DLC. The new game mode is reportedly all-new as its code doesn't really exist within the game yet. This would probably mean that gamers will be getting some form of new feature or system within the new mode and that it will add something that has never been seen before.

Reports had previously uncovered some code within the game itself which hinted that gamers would indeed be getting a Biker-themed DLC. Rockstar has now confirmed some details regarding the new DLC and revealed that players will be able to form Biker Gangs of up to eight gamers across the different platforms. It is also expected that players will be able to perform melee attacks while riding their new bikes as hinted by code within the game that mentions the word "jousting."

Rockstar also recently released a statement prior to the DLC's launch this week.

"Bikers - the next addition to GTA Online - brings underground Motorcycle Clubs to the forefront of the Los Santos and Blaine County criminal underworld with a rash of all new competitive and co-operative gameplay as well as new modes, vehicles, weapons, clothing and much more," Rockstar announced.

"Grand Theft Auto Online: Bikers" DLC is set to be released tomorrow, Tuesday, Oct. 4. The DLC will be available for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and on Windows PC.
