The latest update for "Grand Theft Auto Online," known as "Lowriders," is now live.

"Lowriders" is not a minor update either, as it promises to introduce its fair share of new content to the game that players will most likely enjoy trying out for themselves.

The focal point of the "Lowriders" update, according to Gamespot, is the new shop known as Benny's Original Motor Works. What makes the new shop so special is that it allows players to customize their cars in a variety of ways. As the name of the update suggests, players can go to the new store to outfit their cars with hydraulics to create their own lowriders, and they can also choose to install other accessories such as brand new rims and wheels and even a tricked out sound system.

Also new to the game, courtesy of the "Lowriders" update, are some car controls that have been newly introduced to the Player Interaction menu, according to iDigital Times. Thanks to the new controls, players will now be able show off their new cars by popping its hood, opening its doors, or even just by simply letting its new sounds rip as they hang out with their friends.

There are also new weapons coming to "Grand Theft Auto Online" courtesy of the latest update, and players will be able to find these in the Ammu-Nation stores inside the game. 

More missions involving Lamar have also been added via the "Lowriders" update, giving players more objectives to complete. 

There are also newly added clothing and hair options for players to choose from in the game to help round out the latest update.

Unfortunately, not everyone will get to enjoy the "Lowriders" update as it will only be released for the personal computer (PC), PlayStation 4, and Xbox One versions of the game. Older platforms will no longer be receiving the new content outlined here.
