"Grey's Anatomy" season 12 is now on its winter finale with an intense episode called "Things We Lost in the Fire." In this episode, the doctors will be attending to firefighters that were injured as they tried to fend off a wildfire close to the hospital.

Outside work, Grey Sloan Memorial's resident doctors will be dealing with an awful lot of drama. As the promo suggests, "the holidays are about friends, family, frolicking and fighting," as it shows scenes that proved otherwise.

The clip for the "Grey's Anatomy" season 12 episode shows that April and Jackson end up making love after going on a date the latter merely saw as an opportunity to talk about divorce. From the looks of it though, Jackson isn't all that happy about what ends up happening.

Meredith will also deal with Amelia, who calls her out for not treating her as family as she reminds her that she is still her sister. Maggie and Andrew's romance continues to heat up with the former still struggling to take apart business from pleasure.

But the "Grey's Anatomy" season 9 winter finale will be big on the Owen-Nathan feud. In the promo, an enraged Owen is seen hitting in the face the guy he hates. There is also a moment in the promo where Meredith calls out Nathan, "Who the hell do you think you are?"

In the episode, fans will finally get a glimpse of where Owen's loath toward Nathan is coming from but Kevin McKidd aka Owen already warned that fans will have to wait for the show to return in order to know the while story.

"We're going to get very enticing hints next week, and hints that people will be able to draw their own conclusions," the actor told Entertainment Weekly. "The actual spelling out of what happens is going to be saved until we come back," he continued.
