The last episode of "Grey's Anatomy" culminated to a brain tumor-free but blind Dr. Herman. But as her fate unfolds, a new problem comes into view. Tremors will shake up the brand new episode of "Grey's Anatomy" season 11 titled "I Feel the Earth Move."

Seattle is struck by an unforgiving earthquake and the entire hospital certainly feels it. As the earthquake hits the building, Maggie gets trapped inside an elevator. Without her around, Meredith has to take care of the patients in the emergency room by herself. It looks like she can pull it off at first. But as she goes on, she realizes that keeping the patients alive is too much for her to handle single-handedly. 

There are more problems than this though. Meredith always aced her surgeries but the catastrophe has all the potential in messing up her clean record. She would not want to mess up now, but fans, of course, are used to expecting the worst so this episode may not be good to Meredith. 

On the other hand, Owen has his own life and death situation to deal with during the calamity. In the promo for the episode, the doctor feels so much pressure in helping out a child save his mother from suffocating. The earthquake prevents him from reaching them and so he resorts to instructing the child over the phone about a procedure that can get his motionless mom to safety. That involves uncomfortable orders such as getting a knife. Apart from that disturbing bit, there is more reason to get nervous and that is hearing the child scream shortly before the call drops.
