The upcoming episode of "Grey's Anatomy" season 11 will finally reveal where Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) really went after leaving for Seattle in the previous episode. 

In episode 11, Meredith was doing everything that she could to make enough time to prepare for a trip to Washington D.C. to meet and have some quality time with her husband, Derek (Patrick Dempsey). But in the next episode, viewers will find out that she was not exactly honest about where she spent her weekend. 

In the video promo for the episode titled "The Great Pretender," Meredith is confronted for leaving without telling the truth about her whereabouts. 

"How was your weekend ... in D.C .... with your husband?" Meredith's sister Maggie (Kelly McCreary) asks in the trailer. "Your husband called me three times asking where you were. Whatever you were doing it wasn't with him." 

Did Meredith meet up with someone to cheat on Derek? Or was she sidetracked by someone or something else before she could make it to D.C. to meet up with her husband? 

But unlike Meredith, it seems like the other doctors at the Grey-Sloan Memorial Hospital become lucky in the love department in the upcoming installment of the season. 

In the promo for the episode, Jo (Camilla Luddington) tries to make a move on the newly-single Arizona (Jessica Capshaw). Dr. Nicole Herman (Geena Davis) also finds time to polish her romancing skills with Owen (Kevin McKidd) in spite of her very busy schedule. 

However, not everyone is lovestruck in this episode. Bailey (Chandra Wilson) and Ben (Jason George) have a little scare after Ben's brother is rushed to the hospital. Will they be able to know what is wrong with him? 

Also, Richard (James Picken, Jr.) starts to feel that his former fiancée Catherine (Debbie Allen) has been manipulating him all along. 

"Grey's Anatomy" season 11 episode 12 airs Feb. 19 on ABC.
