In the new episode of the hit TV show "Grey's Anatomy," it seems that a fight is about to break out between Bailey (played by Chandra Wilson) and Webber (played by James Pickens). As such, some of the fans are wondering about the possible changes that would be implemented in the hospital with the arrival of a new consultant.

According to the Hall of Fame Magazine, Avery (played by Debbie Allen) will play a big role in interfering with the hospital management. After all, she was pressuring Bailey to kick out Karev (played by Justin Chambers) from the hospital.

Of course, the chief refused to comply, and as such right now she is planning to cause some trouble within the residency training program, which is lead by Webber.

As fans can remember, the previous episode has seen Catherine and Bailey having a discussion about the hospital's program. She noticed that there are a lot of doctors who have failed to fulfill their duties and thus concluded that the training program is responsible for the shortcomings in their performance.

Furthermore, she specifically thinks that Webber is at the center of it all.

As such, in the new episode of "Grey's Anatomy," it is possible that Bailey will agree with Catherine, and this is supported by the spoiler photos that feature some of the resident doctors in a meeting. Some of the doctors featured in the photo were raising their hands in agreement while others looked outraged.

Meanwhile, Game N Guide reports that another possible focus of the new episode will be on  Amelia (played by Caterina Scorsone) and Owen (played by Kevin McKidd). It was revealed that the former is not being true to the latter, and thus it is possible that their relationship could be put to the test.
