"Grand Theft Auto Online" has just received the "Freemode Events" DLC, which adds several new content and game changes while also fixing many of the glitches that could ruin a player's gaming experience. 

One of the most signficant additions is the Rockstar Editor for PS4 and Xbox One. The Editor also comes with new features, which have been added to the PC version of the game as well. These new Editor features include ambient sound effect tracks and 10 new fonts. The Editor now also allows copy-pasting of marker properties, taking Snapmatic photos while in it, and use of hangar and marina to spawn vehicles while in Director Mode, and many others.

The update also fixes many game-breaking glitches such as a glitch on the PS4 that could cause a player to get stuck while logging out of the PlayStation Network and signing in on a different console. Other glitches fixed are for weapon placements in Creator mode, FPS dropping for PC players while purchasing weapons, and more. 

As for the new content, "Freemode Events" becomes available after players finish a short tutorial session. Only two events are showcased in the promotional trailer but the game actually has 12 of these major events that can be played without logging into a lobby or waiting through load times. 

There are the aforementioned Hunt the Beast and King of the Castle modes shown in the trailer, and the third is titled Hot Property, in which players are given a briefcase that they must be able to hold on to the longest while other players hunt them down. Other events are as follows: Moving Target, Checkpoint Challenge, Kill List and Kill List Competitive, Dead Drop, Penned In, Criminal Damage, Hold the Wheel, Time Trial and up to 19 different Freemode Challenges.
