A new version of the NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti was released last week, boasting a hardware component that not only gives gamers maximum performance but also promises cooler temperature, less noise, higher clock speed, and easy installation.

On Thursday, Corsair, which has teamed up with MSI, released the overclocked version of the NVIDIA GTC 1080 Ti, referred to as the Hydro GFX GTC 1080 Ti.

The new hardware boasts a built-in cooling system, along with a 120 mm radiator and a 120 mm white light-emitting diode (LED) fan. These features are expected to keep the temperature of the graphics processing unit (GPU) low, which will be helpful especially for intense gaming sessions.

Compared to the Founders Peak version of the GPU, the new Hydro GFX version is expected to be 50 percent cooler, even when it is in a peak load, Corsair claims. With this, the new GTC 1090 Ti can withstand an overclocking of up to 1900 MHz versus the previous version, which can only stand up to 1850 MHz.

Meanwhile, some specifications were kept similar to the Founders edition and the rest of the GTX 1080 Ti cards. The Hydro GTX 1080 Ti also comes with 11 GB of memory that runs in a 352-bit memory bus and 3584 compute unified device architecture (CUDA) cores.

Corsair boasts the combination of NVIDIA Pascal's GPU architecture, MSI's graphics card design, and its Hydro Series liquid cooling and magnetic levitation airflow to provide an excellent GPU that is a lot cooler. It promises to deliver great quality even with games that require high graphics application, high frame rates, and 4K resolution without the worry of pushing the device to high temperature. In addition, the Hydro GFX GTX 1080 Ti is expected to fit most PCs with its size.

The Hydro GFX GTX 1080 Ti is currently being sold at $800, which is $100 more that the Founders Peak version.
