Microsoft just recently revealed the biggest Warzone map ever to be featured in "Halo 5."

The newest map, known as Raid on Apex 7, will be the newest multiplayer battleground for "Halo 5" players, and to properly put into perspective just how massive the new location is, Microsoft says it is four times bigger than any other map that has ever been featured in the franchise, according to Gamespot.

Microsoft provided the first looks at the new Warzone map during the first day of Comic-Con and interestingly, it chose a highly unconventional way to let people know about its latest creation.

Instead of providing game footage, Microsoft chose to offer a preview of the new map using Mega Bloks, of all things.

To be more precise, the entire model needed upwards of 89,500 blocks to complete and weighs in at about half a ton. According to Microsoft, the massive model needed 16 weeks in total to be constructed, and it even features working LED lights for good measure.

Aside from being the biggest Warzone map ever, Microsoft is also selling its latest creation as one that takes inspiration from an earlier "Halo: Combat Evolved" mission.

Though no in-game footage was available, Microsoft did give fans a better idea of what the map will ultimately look like by also providing pieces of concept art depicting the massive multiplayer arena.

In related news, Microsoft has also released the iOS and Android versions of its Halo Channel app, according to Time. Previously, the app had only been available to Windows PCs, tablets and the Xbox One.

The app basically gives fans easy access to everything they need to know about "Halo 5," including all the latest news and videos that are coming out for the game. A Windows Phone version of the app is also expected to be available beginning July 29.

"Halo 5" will be available starting October 27 on the Xbox One.

Halo, a military science fiction first-person shooter video game franchise created by Bungie and now managed and developed by343 Industries, a subsidiary of Microsoft Studios, revolves around an interstellar war between humanity and a theocratic alliance of aliens known as the Covenant.
