Fans of the game "Halo," rejoice -- its latest installment, "Halo 5: Guardians," will have a new DLC pack set to be released this month.

343 Industries, the developer behind the game, has revealed all of the Reqs and more about the changes that come with this DLC in one of their latest posts on their website.

A lot of fans are anticipating the update because it not only offers new content but it also fixes for various bugs and other issues encountered while playing. However, one new feature most players are excited about is the new search preferences for the Arena and the Warzone. This feature lets them choose between Balanced, which is the default setting, and Expanded and Focused.

If the player chooses Balanced, the search will focus on their fireteam's skill as well as the quality of their network connection. If they choose Expanded, the search parameters are widened, which find the first available match within a reasonable network quality and player skill level. For a Focused search, however, it does the opposite: it narrows the search parameters in order to find the best possible match for the player, and it might take longer than usual.

In this same DLC, the Spartan Charge bug has been fixed. Also, the developers made a slight increase in the movement speed of players while crouching in order to facilitate flanking and attacking. A new Arena map called "Stasis" has also been added, as well as the Infection mode, a zombie-themed game mode.

Ever since "Halo 5" was released in October 2015, the "Memories of Reach" will be the sixth free expansion for this game. A lot of players are anticipating the new features this game will offer, and they only need to wait for a short while now that its release date is just around the corner.
