'Halo 5: Guardians' new gameplay trailer out - game spoilers leaked

"Halo" fans are quite excited about the release of the new game "Halo 5: Guardians," which will be on Oct. 27. Adding to the excitement is the recently released game trailer that revealed a new gameplay.

Microsoft released the official gameplay trailer last Oct. 12 and the footage is almost three minutes long, featuring new gameplay and some scenes from the game with a Muse song in the background considered to be a perfect choice for the trailer, Forbes noted.

The trailer did not give away much about the "Halo 5" story, but it gave players some expectations when the "hero becomes the hunted."

It will be less than three weeks before "Halo 5", 343 Industries' third Halo installment, debuts, and as expected, the game was a subject for spoilers.

Just recently, news reports about the ending of the game are making the rounds online.

According to various reports, game copies have been sold earlier than its release date and at least one of the buyers who got their hands on the game was bold enough to post details on Reddit's Xbox One forum.

Spoilers from much anticipated games like "Halo" are likely to be removed from the forum but what the poster did was to place misleading headlines — which actually contains the game's detailed synopsis — just to make sure that Halo fans won't miss clicking on them.

For those who don't like their "Halo 5: Guardians" game to be spoiled big time, it's best to be careful enough when surfing the web.

Meanwhile, the only thing that's official about the game is that it will continue on Master Chief's story and that a new character will be introduced — Jameson Locke, who will go on a hunt for the missing Chief.

The game will be available exclusively to Xbox One users, which will only mean that XboX 360 owners need to upgrade to a higher console to enjoy this anticipated game.

Pre-orders for "Halo 5" started way back in December 2014.
