The upcoming first person shooter video that is expected to be released later this year will be assimilated with tons of features in order to raise the bar of the popular futuristic franchise.

Microsoft's Xbox Global Director of Games Marketing, Aaron Greenberg, stated in a recent InnerCircle Podcast:

"Halo 5 is gonna be huge. It should be one of the biggest entertainment releases of the year if we do our job right. I think what we've got with Master Chief and Locke is a marketer's dream. The game is just super-innovative. I think this is a title that 343 has dreamed of making, and they're innovating in ways that our jaws are dropping. So we wanna be able to step up and deliver the type of products quality and marketing to match the quality of the game. That's a challenge on us. But we have no doubt that the product they're making is gonna be pretty amazing."

The executive also went on to say that the game will be featuring a "deep story," and will seem like the closest thing that players have ever experienced in a real movie. He also said that the multiplier and co-op modes will also be innovated in order to separate themselves from the previous titles so as not to bring about an element of repetition.

During the E3 2014 event, Xbox's head Phil Spencer stated that the "Reclaimer Trilogy" had been expanded into a longer series of games, and that since the title will be an Xbox One exclusive. It will be running at a frame rate of 60 FPS, according to the information posted by TIME. Microsoft's current Halo title is "Halo: The Master Chief Collection." The title provided an exclusive pass to access Halo 5's multiplayer beta.
