The much-awaited first-person shooter video game from 343 Industries and Microsoft is going to be "one of the biggest entertainment releases of the year." This is the assurance given by Aaron Greenberg, Xbox Global Director of Games Marketing, about "Halo 5: Guardians" during the most recent Inner Circle podcast.

"The game is just super-innovative. I think this is a title that 343 has dreamed of making and they're innovating in ways that our jaws are dropping," Greenberg said." "It's such a deep story. To me it's like the closest thing to playing in a real movie, you know."

With Greenberg's multihued words, gamers could almost declare that the upcoming title will be unimaginably massive and totally epic. He further described "Halo 5: Guardians" as an installment that delves deep into the core of multiplayer, which he said is "innovated" by 343 as well.

As the game sounds meteoric and exciting, the challenge Greenberg admits Microsoft is facing is concocting gimmicks and marketing schemes that will "match the quality of the game." Needless to say, Greenberg knows how to build hype and, with his statements, "Halo" fans are left at the edge of their seats for sure.

During the podcast, Greenberg did not hint on a specific launch date for "Halo 5: Guardians." Apparently, the latest installment of the wildly popular franchise has yet to get a definite release date although it is promised that the title will come out this year. With Greenberg reiterating how huge and innovative "Halo 5: Guardians" would be, it looks like so much work is being put to it.

"We have no doubt that the product they're making is gonna be pretty amazing," Greenberg claimed. "I'm excited with what they're doing with Halo 5, and we'll be revealing more soon."
