In the next episode of "Happy!" ex-cop Nick Sax (Christopher Meloni) and Happy (voiced by Patton Oswalt) search for the missing Hailey (Bryce Lorenzo).

The trailer for the upcoming installment titled "What Smiles Are For" was just released and showed it shows Sax fighting with a group of thugs on the street. A hoodlum starts to leap towards him intimidatingly but the ex-cop just kicks him in the leg, causing him to fall.

"I saw what you did to all those bad guys. If you can do that, you can save Hailey," Happy says to Sax, who agrees to help look for the young kid.

"I'm trying to locate a man. Looks like Santa Claus if you ran him over with a Mack Truck and sprayed him with cat piss," Sax says to a store employee.

Apparently, a deranged Santa Claus impersonator kidnapped Hailey and kept her in his hideout.

In order to search for the kid, Sax needs to get money and guns for the mission. With the help of Happy, who is a small blue horse only visible to him, he crashes a poker game to gamble and make a score.

Sax wins a lot of money during the game and even acquires some guns. His opponents ask why he is so lucky. Sax tells them mockingly, "I got a little blue horse telling me your hand."

In the premiere episode, Sax got shot and almost died when he went up against the Scaramucci brothers. Luckily, an ambulance arrived to help him recover. However, when he woke up, he found out that he was being followed by the strange blue entity called Happy. This creature wanted Sax to help him rescue his human friend Hailey.

"Happy!" season 1 episode 2 will hit the airwaves on Wednesday, Dec. 13 at 10 p.m. EST on the Syfy channel.
