Although the new "Hitman" game was released fairly recently, new expansion content has been rolling out for the title. This time, at least two new "Escalation Contracts" missions are added to the mix.

In the announcement on the official "Hitman" website, new contract missions are available, "The Osterman Mosaic" and "The Gemini Fiasco."

"The Osterman Mosaic" lets players control Agent 47 and try to complete a number of mission objectives using a sabre. In the hint, it seems that a time-limited element is heavily involved in the contract, as the teaser reads, "On top of that, you'll need to be quick to hide bodies, avoid some extreme security measures and take down an additional target -- and you'll need to do all of that fairly quickly."

Meanwhile, "The Gemini Fiasco" is hinting at a stealth-based mission, as Agent 47 will "need poison and good knowledge of where security cameras are to complete this one efficiently." The teaser also hints at the involvement of one fan-favorite character, Helmut Kruger.

Although developer IO Interactive keeps on rolling out updates and fresh content for "Hitman," the game continues to be fine-tuned, and the development unavoidably hit some snags in post-content launch. According to PC Gamer, the release of the game's first "Elusive Target" content will be delayed, and it will more than likely roll out closer to the release of "Sapienza," the second episode in the multi-part game's launch, next month.

The new "Hitman" game serves both as a reboot and continuation of the franchise, as it both dwells on events which lead to Agent 47's enrolment in the Agency and chronicles missions after the events in a previous franchise installment, "Hitman: Absolution." The new game is a multipart series release, with the first episode already out. According to speculations, "Hitman" will have a six-part release, with a surprise seventh episode being planned.
