Carrie Mathison (Claire Danes) seems to be stay stuck in dangerous situations despite quitting from her job at the CIA to live a more peaceful life. She will be threatened again in the next episode of "Homeland" season 5.

At the start of the new season, Carrie was seen in Germany with her daughter after leaving her post as a CIA intelligence officer. She took a new job in a private security firm in Berlin to start a new life.

But Carrie will not have the peaceful, trouble-free existence that she has longed for. Her job at the Düring Foundation has required her to revisit the life that she wants to forget.

In the trailer for "Homeland" season 5 episode 2, Carrie warns her new boss Otto Düring (Sebastian Koch) about the possible dangers that he might encounter on his planned trip to Lebanon. Düring is heading to the country to personally supervise the monetary donations to a Syrian refugee crisis center. Because of the threats, Carrie will join the German billionaire to ensure his safety.

But when Carrie and the rest of Düring's travelling party arrive in the refugee camp to hand over the $10 million donation, an unexpected fight suddenly erupts, followed by an explosion.

The trailer also shows Carrie's former mentor Saul Berenson (Mandy Patinkin) and the Berlin Station Chief Allison Carr (Miranda Otto) bickering with each other.

Allison accuses Carrie of being involved in the hacking that breached CIA's computer network. "We suffered a major penetration here," Allison tels Saul while displaying photos of Düring Foundation press officer Laura Sutton (Sarah Sokolovic) and Carrie together. Saul asks her if she believes that Carrie is involved in the hacking, and Allison argues that they both work for the philanthropist.

"Homeland" season 5 episode 2, titled "The Tradition of Hospitality," airs on Sunday, Oct. 11, on Showtime.
