The official synopsis of Homeland season 3 episode 4 titled "Game On" is as follows:

"Dana goes AWOL, forcing Jessica to call the police. Carrie has a meeting."

Fans have been wondering whether Brody was killed off in season 2, but last week's episode saw Brody returning after he was noticeably absent from the first two episodes of the new season. Although he was shot in the stomach in the last series while crossing the border of Colombia to Venezuela, his life was saved by a mysterious group, whose surgeon removed the bullets.

Meanwhile, Carrie was still institutionalized remained paranoid.

Claire Danes, who won an Emmy for her work as Carrie in "Homeland" previously told Access Hollywood that the new series is "really strong."

She said, "I'm a little on the crazy sauce in the beginning of the season. It's kind of sad this season, it's a little mournful."
