The upcoming season of "House of Cards" has a lot of competition in store. This time, however, the Underwoods will go up against each other. It is Frank (Kevin Spacey) against Claire (Robin Wright), but who will win between the two of them?

The previous season saw Claire take over the reins as the country's president. Everyone knows that when a person has managed to make it to the top, there will be forces that will try to take them down. This is especially true, but it may or may not come as a surprise that Frank is the one trying to take Claire down in the upcoming season.

Now that Claire is the one in the White House, Frank will be coming up with a comeback of his own. He does not want to be pushed to the sidelines while his wife governs the country. Knowing that Claire is becoming one of the most well-liked presidents in the country's history will only intensify Frank's jealousy.

It has already been teased before that the public will find her to be the better half between her and Frank, with a style of leadership that is different from her husband's as well as a know-how on dealing with her audience.

If Frank wants to take back what he thinks is rightfully his, then he should act fast. Fortunately for him, he will have some help trying to do that.

LeeAnn (Neve Campbell) and Doug (Michael Kelly) will be joining forces to bring Frank back to power. Fans might wonder how LeeAnn managed to survive given what happened to her in the previous season. It turns out that the former Chief of Staff managed to cheat death. She was last seen driving away and getting into a fatal car crash. However, her body was never found which led many to believe that she had survived, and in fact, she did.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly back in June, Campbell revealed that LeeAnn's willingness to trust the Underwood couple was also what caused her demise. Frank promised that she would be his Chief of Staff, but half a day later, it was taken away from her.

Campbell also explained that it remains to be seen what LeeAnn will do once she understands how both Frank and Claire manipulated everything for their own gain. Nevertheless, she will be back with a vengeance and ready to fight for what she thinks is the right thing to do.

"House of Cards" is expected to premiere in 2018 on Netflix.
