Houston Astros vs Kansas City Royals live stream info, Game 2 preview: Watch MLB Playoffs 2015 ALDS baseball online

The Houston Astros and the Kansas City Royals will clash again on Friday afternoon in Game 2 of their MLB 2015 Playoffs series. Game 2 of their ALDS is a huge one and will determine whether Houston can go 2-0 up and be on the verge of progressing to the next round of the postseason, or whether the Royals can claw themselves back into contention and leave Kansas with things square at 1-1. The game has a scheduled start time of 3.45 p.m. ET and can be watched on TV on the Fox Sports 1 network or online through MLB.TV live stream via the link below.

Game 2 will take place at the Ewing M Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri, and will see whether the Astros can really turn the screw on the Royals in this series. If the Astros can go 2-0 up, then returning to Houston for Game 3 (and potentially 4), they would become massive favorites to progress at the expense of their Missouri rivals.

The Royals will have arrived at this postseason and had big ambitions to go far, but after just one game they are now at a crossroads in determining how this series could pan out.

Last season the Royals won through the Wild Card game and went on to win eight straight Playoff games, and progressed through to the World Series. They have already failed to live up to that level of play, but oppositely the Astros will now be hoping to replicate that amazing clean sweep of the postseason to progress all the way to the World Series.

The Astros will attempt to make it 2-0 by sending out Scott Kazmir to the mound today, and opposite him will be Johnny Cueto for the Royals.

The Royals must improve all around the field to turn around Thursday's Game 1 defeat. That 5-2 loss saw their offense almost entirely shut down as Kansas managed just two runs via Kendrys Morales hitting a pair of solo HR's.

Meanwhile, the Astros will be hoping Colby Rasmus can do the job today. He scored a home run, driving in two runs in Game 1, and has scored HR's in both Houston's Playoff games so far. Against Cueto specifically he is 9 for 27 (.333) with one home run and three doubles.

Today's big MLB Playoffs 2015 game between the Astros and Royals has a scheduled first pitch time of 3.45 p.m. ET and can be watched on TV on the Fox Sports 1 network, or online through live stream by clicking here.
