The riveting final episode of "How To Get Away With Murder" season 1 was as powerful as the first episode of the show. The consistent twists and turns in the storyline is what fuels interest for the show to the satisfaction of the series' creators and cast. Now, season 2 is just around the corner and the first thing avid viewers might ask is, "Who killed Rebecca?"

"I can tell you that Rebecca's killer will be revealed in the (Season 2) premiere," Liza Weil, who plays Annalise Keating's associate in the televisions series, revealed to Access Hollywood during the Television Critics Association Tour. "A lot of those sort of mysteries that come up in the finale like Eggs 911 and that will start to be addressed and all that stuff is going to get wrapped up really early in the season..."

Season 2 will uncover mysteries of past murders but "HTGAWM" will also be starting new mysteries for the upcoming season. This is where the plot thickens as consequences of past actions will likely influence more people and situations in the present.

Pete Nowak, the creator and executive producer of "How to Get Away with Murder," told Hollywood Reporter, "It doesn't go away. Just like anything in our show, I don't want anything to be forgotten..."

This mirrors the appeal of the TV series. When the identity of the killer is uncovered, the motive and the manner of murder are put under scrutiny. In many levels, the mystery never ends, at least for a little while.

"HTGAWM" season 2 will see Rebecca (played by Katie Findlay) again although this will just be flashbacks of her character. The same thing could happen in the case of Sam Keating whose murder still has many loose ends.

Season 2 of "How to Get Away with Murder" will air on Sept. 24, 10 p.m. on ABC.
