Trouble is brewing for Annalise (Viola Davis) and the Keating Five in the upcoming episode of the hit ABC series "How to Get Away With Murder."

In "It's a Trap," the promo video indicates how much Phillip (Jefferson White) is asking in exchange for his silence. Last episode, the lawyer and her crew of law students were horrified to learn that there was a video of Annalise's shooting somewhere out there. If it would be known that everything was a set up to fool the judge and the jury that Catherine (Amy Okuda) was Annalise's shooter, they could all go to jail. While the blackmailer's identity remains anonymous, they have reasons to believe that it is Philip.

In the clip, Annalise receives an email stating his demands. She needs to deposit $1 million in a linked bank account within 36 hours. If not, the message indicates that the sender will go to police with the video. No one knows how the tape got into the blackmailer's hands when it was previously sent to Connor (Jack Falahee). As Annalise reads the threat, the Keating Five surrounding her have the same reaction in their faces — horror.

The danger of knowing that the authorities are close to finding out their involvement in the shooting and the Assistant District Attorney's murder has become real. The students' nerves are getting the better of them. If Annalise will not be able to quell their fear, she has a potential turmoil in her hands. Will the lawyer send the money that the blackmailer is demanding, just to douse the fire?

Meanwhile, the synopsis reveals that Wes (Alfred Enoch) will ask Laurel (Karla Souza) to help him dig deeper into his mother's death. In the past, it was indicated that she committed suicide. Upon learning that Annalise knew his mother before, Wes has reasons to believe that what happened to her was not as cut-and-dried as what the reports suggest. He and Laurel will start their probe into the documents that Annalise left for Wes. They will soon find out, however, that "some things just aren't adding up" the more they dig.

"How to Get Away with Murder" season 2 airs Thursday at 10 p.m. EST on ABC.
