HTC has already confirmed that its upcoming flagship, the HTC 10, will come out soon. Further confirmation of the flagship's imminent launch is provided by leaks that keep appearing online.

The latest leak tells all about what's inside the upcoming HTC 10. According to GSM Arena, the new flagship has reportedly been seen passing the GFXBench benchmark test, further confirming its supposed specs. On the benchmark page, the HTC 10 has been listed with a 5.1-inch QHD AMOLED screen, with 2560 x 1440 resolution. In addition, the benchmark site confirms that the HTC 10 will indeed feature the newest Snapdragon 820 processor, paired with 4GB of RAM. Other listed specs include 32GB of onboard storage, expandable via microSD, a 12MP camera setup on the back, and a 5MP selfie camera.

Meanwhile, TechnoBuffalo says that the supposed benchmark listing sheds some light on the "world-class, compelling camera" previously teased by HTC. While the listing only says that the back camera captures 11MP images, the "4K video" capability of the HTC 10 may match that of Samsung's current flagship, the Galaxy S7 lineup.

The industry follower also noted that while the benchmark listing may reportedly confirm the specs of the new flagship, it should still be considered as speculation until HTC comes out with the official specs sheet for the upcoming iteration.

Meanwhile, GSM Arena adds that an image reportedly showing the back panel of a black HTC 10 is circulating online. The image shows the back part of the black unit side-by-side with the silver HTC 10. This may mean that HTC will indeed launch the new flagship with a number of color options and may even add a surprise twist for fans. Allegedly, HTC is coming out with a mid-range version of the HTC 10, featuring an above-average Snapdragon 652 chipset.
