HTC leads the pack of smartphone makers that constantly update their flagship product line every year, and tech enthusiasts are often eager to find out what the company has to offer next.  In fact, even before 2014 has come to an end, a Chinese website already posted the alleged specs and features of the upcoming HTC One M9. If these new leaked reports about HTC's next smartphone are accurate, then the world should prepare to see an impressive new device from the Taiwanese mobile manufacturer.

According to the reports, the future HTC One M9 smartphone might come with a larger screen compared to the earlier releases from the company. Its predecessor, the equally appealing HTC One M8, was offered with a 5.0-inch screen display. The soon-to-be released phone, however, will come with a bigger 5.5-inch Quad HD display screen. It will also have a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. Although the new release will not have that much improvement in terms of its screen size and it can still be considered a little smaller compared to other brands, the half-inch increase in the size of the screen display is still believed as a breakthrough for an HTC One product.

In addition, HTC's future flagship smartphone will allegedly be equipped with a Snapdragon 805 processor. It will also reportedly have 3 GB RAM, as well as a powerful 16-megapixel rear shooter with optical image stabilization for a clear, crisp image capturing device inside a smartphone. Also, the leaked reports said that the new HTC One M9 phablet will run using the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system, and it will be given a 3500 mAh battery so that the users can utilize all the phone's features for longer hours.

The future HTC One M9 smartphones from the Taiwanese electronics company will reportedly come with three memory options, which include a 32 GB variant, a 64 GB variant, as well as a 128 GB model. All these come with a microSD slot for further memory expansion.

There are no confirmations yet about the alleged specs of the new HTC flagship phone, but gadget analysts are expecting to hear more news about the One M9 phones during the Mobile World Congress in March 2015.
