Prior to its rumored November launch, supposed press renders of the new Huawei Mate 9 flagship float online, allegedly confirming some details on the new lineup.

According to AndroidPure, the supposed renders have been published on Chinese social media site Weibo, detailing some of the color options as well as features for the Huawei Mate 9. Most noted on the new flagship is the set of lenses on the back, supposedly confirming that the new flagship will release with a dual-cam setup. Above the main camera is a marking which can also be seen on the current-gen Huawei P9, which hints that the Mate 9 is also using Leica-engineered camera assembly. Next to the cameras are the dual-LED flash and what can possibly be a laser autofocus module. The fingerprint scanner is placed below the camera setup. Although the dual-cam setup is somewhat confirmed, it is unclear on what the pixel count will be on the new assembly.

Meanwhile, aside from the new main camera, the renders also supposedly showcase different color options for the Huawei Mate 9.

In addition to the supposed press renders, an alleged marketing poster has been shown by PlayfulDroid. The image suggests that the Huawei Mate 9 will be offered in three configurations, with the top-tier version having 6 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. The base model, on the other hand, will be available with 4 GB of RAM, and it can be configured to have 64- or 128-GB internal storage. The three variants will have similar specs and features like a Kirin 960 chipset, a 5.9-inch QHD display with 2K resolution, and Android Nougat 7.0 right out of the box.

Huawei has yet to confirm a debut for the upcoming phablet. However, if the press renders are any indication, the Mate 9 may come out as early as Nov. 18.
