Huawei has already confirmed the arrival of its new smartphone flagships this year. On March 27, the Shenzhen-based tech firm is set to unveil the Huawei P20, P20 Pro and P20 Lite. Apart from the world's first ever triple-lens camera setup in a handset, which is already teased in Huawei's press invitations, there is no confirmed information yet regarding the Huawei P20's specs and design. However, recent leaks hint that the upcoming device could ditch the microSD card slot.

The latest leaks from WinFuture provide a more in-depth look at the upcoming Huawei P20, P20 Pro and P20 Lite. For starters, the leaked renders of the smartphones show different color options, particularly the new color gradient texture. Based on the leaked manual, however, the Huawei P20 may no longer have the microSD card slot. With this, there is a question regarding the handset's storage expandability, although Huawei could come up with an alternative for additional memory space.

The leaked Huawei P20 manuals made no mention of a microSD card slot. The only traditional smartphone features shown are the nano-SIM card slots placed in a single tray. To note, the microSD card slot is not present on the Huawei P20 and P20 Pro illustrations. As there are no further descriptions added for the P20 Lite variant, there is a possibility that the microSD card slot will be retained in the handset.

The leaks also reveal that the Huawei P20 will be packed with a 3,400 mAh battery, which is a slight improvement over the Huawei P10's 3,200 mAh battery cell. On the other hand, the larger P20 Pro variant will have a 4,000 mAh battery, which already matches the battery capacity of a Huawei Mate handset. No information about the Huawei P20 Lite battery was provided.

The Huawei P20 is expected to receive a price tag of $849 or around €679, while the P20 Pro will cost $1,110 or €899. The cheaper P20 Lite will be sold for $455 or €369.
