Ike Ndolo lifts the Lord high in debut album

|PIC1|Worship leader Ike Ndolo has released his highly anticipated debut collection of contemporary worship songs, We Are the Beggars.

Produced by Contemporary Christian Music veteran Robbie Seay, the album features 11 original songs and three covers, all showcasing Ike's vocal talent and passionate love of the Lord.

"I loved making this record," says Ndolo. "Robbie, my producer, really helped bring life and inspiration to the project as a whole. I felt that we were allowed to create and dream in the studio. I hope that everyone who listens will really hear the care and prayer that went into this record."

Born in Missouri after his parents moved to the United States from Nigeria, Ike Ndolo developed a love of music at home, growing up with the sound of his mother singing hymns. He continued his musical development at St Timothy's Church in Mesa, Arizona, where he was mentored by established artists Tom Booth and Matt Maher.

Currently the Assistant Music Director at Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Tempe, Ndolo leads worship every Sunday. In addition to travelling the country to lead others to Christ, his missionary work has taken him around the world, from Mexico to as far as China.

Ndolo shares his passion for Jesus through a variety of music styles on We Are the Beggars. From driving contemporary praise anthems to intimate and introspective ballads, he presents songs designed to get listeners excited about the glory of God. Guitarist Taylor Johnson is one of many musicians lending their talents to the album.

We Are the Beggars should especially resonate with youth, high school students and young adults. Ndolo's enthusiasm and energy make this music a good choice for ministry leaders looking for ways to engage youth at retreats, Bible study groups and other youth events.
