The Indianapolis Colts will look to bounce back after a 36–10 drubbing from the Philadelphia Eagles in their preseason opener when they host the Chicago Bears at the Lucas Oil Stadium in week 2 of the 2015 NFL Preseason.

Indianapolis opened the scoring in the match against the Eagles with a field goal but nothing followed as the Eagles started to leave the visiting team behind scoring three touchdowns and a field goal to end the first half with a 23–3 advantage.

Philadelphia scored one more field goal to increase their lead 26–3 in the third quarter before Colts rookie running back Josh Robinson rushed for a nine-yard touchdown to end their scoring drought.

Unfortunately that did not spark anything from the Colts as that was the last time they scored with Philadelphia tallying one more field goal and a touchdown courtesy of returning quarterback Tim Tebow in the fourth quarter to complete the blowout.

The Colts' offense struggled with starting quarterback Andrew Luck playing limited minutes and that will likely be the same against the Bears.

Despite the playing time he had against Philadelphia, Luck still completed five of six passes for 43 yards.

The 25-year-old might get a few more playing minutes in their second preseason game but the Colts would not want to play him for a long time and increase the risk of their starting quarterback getting injured.

On the other hand, the Bears opened their preseason defending their home field successfully against the Miami Dolphins 27–10.

The Bears trailed early in the game falling behind 10–3 in the first half until they started to heat up after the intermission.

After two successful field goals from Bears kicker Robbie Gould, running back Ka'Deem Carey rushed for a touchdown,  handing his team their first lead of the game at 17–10.

Chicago never relinquished the advantage and recorded one more field goal and a touchdown in the fourth quarter for a stellar preseason opener win.

Now the Bears will look to win their first preseason game on the road and keep the Colts winless.
