There remains no concrete update on the release of the iOS 10 jailbreak from the jailbreak development group Pangu as Apple continues to update its mobile operating system.

The Cupertino-based company just released the iOS 10.0.2, which, for the most part, eliminates the bugs that the previous version failed to clean up.

However, like iOS 10.0.1, this update also includes the same tweak that prevents any jailbreak software to be installed on the device.

It looks like Apple is going to keep it this way with its future software updates, which means the iOS 10 jailbreak from Pangu might end up being struck off as well.

Pangu has not provided a release date or an update on the development of the software that the team showcased at the Mobile Security Conference in July.

The jailbreak they showed off, however, is just for the iOS 10 beta 1, which should have been quickly quashed in the second beta version.

The final form of the OS has arrived with a couple of updates as well, but Pangu has yet to say a word about their jailbreak.

Apple is extremely quick in putting out software updates, which might explain why Pangu has been struggling to release the iOS 10 jailbreak.

Forbes says that Apple is definitely doubling its efforts to stop jailbreaking, with a focus on Pangu and TaiG, another jailbreak development team.

This could potentially make it generally more difficult for jailbreakers to come up with jailbreak tools for the iOS 10 or any other future software updates from the Cupertino-based tech giant.

At the moment, users will have to wait for Pangu's update on their iOS 10 jailbreak as it appears to be the only public software that users can take advantage of.

Italian developer Luca Todesco has already proven that jailbreaking the operating system is possible, so it looks like Pangu is still working on their way of doing, and they are taking their time.
