iOS 10 jailbreak release date news, rumors: no jailbreak ready; Apple beating the hacking teams for now

Over the past few months, Apple had been ramping up the release of its operating system updates, which even included the release of iOS 10 along with two other new updates. All of which was done in less than a month.

The increase in the frequency of the updates now raises the question of whether or not any of the hacking teams can catch up and release a stable jailbreaking tool before the update from Apple is released.

As it stands, there is still no jailbreaking tool that is available for iOS 10 or any of its succeeding versions, which means that users who want to keep their jailbroken units would have to stick to older versions of the operating system. Pangu and a few other hacking teams had previously claimed that they already had working tools on hand, but none of them have released a stable version for users to download.

The reason for the teams not releasing their latest jailbreaking tools is reportedly due to the constant security patches that are included in each and every update. Reports have claimed that even if teams such as Pangu were able to jailbreak iOS 10, it would have immediately been rendered useless when iOS 10.0.1 was released.

This is most likely the same case when iOS 10.0.2 was released just recently. The cat and mouse game seems to have been a one-sided affair over the past few months, with Apple now having the upper hand over the jailbreaking community.

Some reports have cited that Apple may be confident in its recent efforts and that the urgency of the most recent update's release might not necessarily have anything to do with stopping any jailbreaking attempts. Nevertheless, jailbreaking fans are left with no option but to either wait for a stable jailbreaking for iOS 10 or simply update their devices and conform to Apple's vision of how the operating system should be used.
